At LacunaExpress, we take pride in our products and quality. Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after returned merchandise is received, inspected, and approved at our sole discretion.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- All original tags, packaging, and materials must be included
- The request must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery, as determined by carrier tracking confirmation
- Proof of purchase is required
If these conditions are not met, no refund will be issued.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for eligible items under the same conditions listed above.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery
- Items must be returned in original condition and packaging
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos. Approved cases will be refunded or exchanged at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items returned outside the 72-hour window
- Items missing original packaging or tags
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)

Policy Enforcement & Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges that do not meet the above conditions and to refuse future service to customers who abuse this policy or initiate fraudulent chargebacks.
