Order Processing



  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, releases, or holidays.
  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.






Shipping Carriers



We ship orders using USPS and UPS, depending on destination, service availability, and order size.


Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.





Estimated Delivery Times



Delivery times shown on product pages and at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


  • U.S. Orders: Estimated 1-5 business days after shipment
  • International Orders: Estimated 5-14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing



Estimated delivery windows are calculated based on processing time and carrier transit estimates.





Carrier Delays



LacunaExpress is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.





Delivered Packages



Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.


We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.





Incorrect Shipping Information



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.





International Shipping & Customs



International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. LacunaExpress is not responsible for customs delays.
